Load bearing frame: 5mm aviation layer board laser cutting, embedded M4 stainless steel support column
Equipment shell: ABS board hot press molding (crusher/preheater)+304 stainless steel pipe turning (rotary kiln)
Conveyor system: medical silicone tube (belt)+miniature ball bearings (roller set)
Detail enhancing materials
Rusting effect: Tiangong aged set (rust/oil stains)
Dust simulation: 400 mesh calcined kaolin+electrostatic flocking machine
Welding trace: 0.3mm solder wire+acid pickling solution

2、 Core process implementation
(1) Modular prefabrication stage
Crusher unit
Using a 3D printed resin substrate, laser engraved alloy steel pattern patches are attached to the surface, and a magnetic structure is used to connect the main frame
Preheating tower group
Acrylic tubes are hot bent into a four stage cyclone tube, and the joints are polished with acetone steam. LED optical fibers are installed inside to simulate material flow
Rotary kiln system
Segmented turning of stainless steel pipes with ceramic fiber lining, and spraying of high-temperature oxidation color gradient (dark red → green gray → silver white) on the outer wall
(2) Dynamic System Integration
Belt conveyor:
The spacing between the rollers is compressed in equal proportions of 7.5cm
The silicone tape is embedded with elastic steel wire to ensure curvature
The micro motor drive system is hidden in the pit
Raw material conveying chain:
Adopting a 1:100 scale bucket elevator, 3D printed nylon chain with 0.5mm brass hopper

3、 Industrial texture shaping
Metal aging process
Base material sprayed with zinc chromium yellow primer
Sponge dot coating method overlaid with iron red/coal black
Drawing the mechanical wear line with pen number 000
Restoration of working condition traces
Leakage accumulation: epoxy resin+cement powder mixed for joint filling
Oil stain penetration: Oil paint diluted with turpentine oil stains
Dust adhesion: spray matte fixative after electrostatic flocking
