1、 Skeleton and Skin Manufacturing
framework construction
Select 1mm thick aluminum alloy plate to cut out the main beam structure, and use sandpaper to polish the fine longitudinal patterns on the leading edge of the wing to simulate metal fatigue.
The cabin portholes are cut from transparent PVC panels, and the window frames are etched with 0.2mm copper foil to create frames. The inner side is coated with light blue semi transparent paint to simulate the color changing effect of electronic control.
surface treatment
The body skin is molded by heating and softening ABS plastic plates, and the joints are filled with toothpaste and pressed out with rivet indentations.
The internal turbine blades of the engine are assembled with resin printed parts, and the blade spacing is adjusted according to real engine photos.
2、 Painting and Identification Restoration
Base color spraying
Spray matte white primer on the entire machine first, and add a small amount of talcum powder to reduce reflection. Spray a thin layer of gray brown paint on the belly of the machine to simulate the deposition of daily stains.
Airline Element Production
Body Text: Print the vector image of Xiamen Airlines logo onto a water sticker, soak it and transfer it to the body, then press the edges with a cotton swab.
Tail Gradient: After covering the color separation, use a 0.3mm caliber spray pen to spray 5 layers of blue paint from deep to light, with a 10 minute interval between each layer.
Emblem gold border: First, use masking tape to locate it, then apply metallic acrylic paint with a pen, and finally use a polishing cloth to lightly polish it.
3、 Detail Enhancement and Dynamic Simulation

The shock absorber pillar is made of brass tube with spring sleeve, and the tire is made of soft rubber with carved tread pattern, coated with matte protective paint on the surface.
lighting effects
Wing tip light: embedded with 1.5mm diameter LED beads, with the wiring hidden inside the wing beam.
Cabin lighting: yellow fiber optic cables are arranged along the top of the portholes and connected to dimmable circuit boards.
Aging treatment
Wear on the leading edge: Use a silver marker to dry scan the protruding edge, and after diluting with a penetration solution, wipe off any oil stains.
Exhaust blackening: Graphite powder mixed with fixed liquid is sprayed onto the rear of the engine to form a gradual carbon deposition effect.
4、 Acceptance and correction
Check the color difference under natural light, Xiamen Airlines Blue needs to be compared and corrected with the official color card
All movable components (flaps, rudder) need to be manually tested at least 50 times to ensure durability
