2、 Mold development and injection molding
Adopting an integrated mold design:
The main body of the body is injection molded as a whole to avoid any joint marks
The connection between the wing and the fuselage adopts an invisible buckle structure
The transparent porthole adopts embedded injection molding technology
Precision injection control:
Control injection temperature to ensure surface smoothness
Maintain a uniform wall thickness distribution (1.2-1.5mm)

3、 Surface treatment process
Fine polishing:
Use 800-3000 grit sandpaper to polish step by step
Focus on handling the mold line and component joints
Maintain the smoothness of the body curve
Primer treatment:
Spray high adhesion epoxy primer
Curing at 60 ℃ for 2 hours
Surface flatness treatment
4、 Painting process flow
Basic coating:
Overall spray painted in China International Aviation Standard White
Three thin sprays to achieve optimal coverage effect
Detail coating:
Use a mask template to complete the blue waistline spraying
The tail phoenix logo adopts water transfer printing technology
The text of ‘China Construction Bank’ is printed using screen printing
Identification production:
The body number 771-000 is laser engraved
The Xiaoyi logo uses precision transfer printing technology
